Quality Management System Auditing |
Quality management system audited by an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence in preparation for second-party customer audits and/or third-party registrar's assessments.
Audit approach based on ISO 19011 guidelines, focusing on corporate policy and objectives (ISO 9001, etc.) & customer-specific requirements. Preparation for audit is a documentation review of key manuals, procedures and work instructions; plus records related to management reviews, corrective actions, preventive actions, continual improvements and previous internal and external audits. All three groups of oriented processes (customer (COP’s), support (SOP’s) & management (MOP’s) including associated flowcharts are included within the scope of the audit. |
Document findings of objective evidence to be used in a pro-active approach for corrective actions, preventive actions, continual improvement, and management review of the quality management system. |
