Meet with senior management in an executive overview to gain a better understanding of the vision, mission, and needs. Based on this understanding, CQTA will facilitate a review of, or the writing of, a strategic plan.
"Train-the-Trainer" training for quality management implementation includes: how to ask questions, how to listen, how to give and receive feedback, how to conduct effective meetings, and how to make presentations.
Collaborate to develop a gap analysis of the management system and the quality policy documentation.
Through consulting and training, prepare the quality management professionals and others to implement the appropriate system within the organization.

Quality Management System Auditing

Quality management system audited by an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence in preparation for second-party customer audits and/or third-party registrar's assessments.
Audit approach based on ISO 19011 guidelines, focusing on corporate policy and objectives (ISO 9001, etc.) & customer-specific requirements. Preparation for audit is a documentation review of key manuals, procedures and work instructions; plus records related to management reviews, corrective actions, preventive actions, continual improvements and previous internal and external audits. All three groups of oriented processes (customer (COP’s), support (SOP’s) & management (MOP’s) including associated flowcharts are included within the scope of the audit.
Document findings of objective evidence to be used in a pro-active approach for corrective actions, preventive actions, continual improvement, and management review of the quality management system.
